To set up a YouTube channel, the first thing you need is a Google account. 6. Type in a name for your channel and click “Create channel/Create.”
7. In case you have to verify your account, type in your phone number, either select SMS or Voice call and click “Continue.”
8. Enter the verification code and click “Continue” to set up your YouTube channel.

By following this step you can successfully set up a YouTube channel. But this is just the first step. To appear professional, you now have to add in a profile photo, description, and other details.
